Our Calendar Services
We offer enhanced functionality to users who choose to provide us with access to their name, photo, event attendee list, and event information connected to their calendar application (“Calendar Information”), including enriching their calendar events with information on the people they meet with (“Calendar Services”). If you are using our Services through an enterprise account, your access to the Calendar Services and the available features of the Calendar Services will depend on the permissions set by your IT department. If you choose to use the Calendar Services, you may be asked to consent to connect your Google or Microsoft account to your Aligned account, thereby providing us with access to your calendar. We do this to enrich your calendar events by providing certain professional information (such as name and LinkedIn profile) about the other attendees.
. Please do not give us broader access privileges than we need in order to provide you with the Aligned Services.
Aligned may also access your event attendee list available through your calendar application so that we may invite your contacts to join the Aligned Service and use their personal information for additional purposes identified in the

When we send the invitation to your contacts, we may or may not include your name and photo, along with a message such as “your colleagues are using Aligned, you can download Aligned here.” We may send reminder emails to these contacts with or without including your name and photo. Please note that we link some of the personal information we collect through the Calendar Services with the other personal information that we collect about you for the purposes described in our

Control Over Your Calendar Information
You may control Aligned’s access to your calendar information through the settings of your Google or Microsoft Account, as applicable or, for Aligned Enterprise Accounts, in the Enterprise administrator portal. Please note, the Calendar Services may not be able to function properly if they cannot access your Calendar Information. Updates to This Calendar Notice
We may update this Calendar Notice from time to time. If we do, we will update the “last updated” date at the top of the page. If we make material changes to this Calendar Notice, we will notify you by email to your registered email address, by prominent posting on this website or our online services, or through other appropriate communication channels. All changes shall be effective from the date of publication unless otherwise provided in the notification.
